HENRY’S GYMNASIUM
Your New Favorite Gym
Looking for a gym near downtown Seattle that’s anything but ordinary? Henry’s Gymnasium in Lower Queen Anne is close to downtown and built like no gym you’ve ever seen. Our flagship Queen Anne location occupies a historic 1909 building that originally taught blacksmiths how to work on Model T Fords. Today, it runs on a nightclub sound system and dramatic lighting, with more than 300 framed historical pieces and full murals by local artist Izaya Colson.
You’ll find premium strength and cardio equipment, a Recovery Suite, and a range of recovery therapies, including a Finnish sauna, cryo-sauna therapy, red-light therapy, and hydromassage. There’s also a full-service bar serving smoothies, pre- and post-workout drinks, beer, and wine. It’s affordable, inclusive, and unapologetically bold.
