Historic Gym Space

Originally built in 1909, our gym was designed to teach blacksmiths how to work on Model T Fords. Today, it retains its historic charm while offering modern amenities.

  I’ve been going to this gym for about 2 months now and I have really enjoyed this gym. I really like the different types of leg equipment that I haven’t seen at any other gyms I have been to. This is a convenient gym if you live or work around the area. There is a parking garage available that you can pay an additional cost for. The parking garage is pretty small and can be a little hard to park/get out. The gym is decently sized. There are certain days/times where it can get a little packed just like any other gym. It is  mainly only on Mondays and you may have to wait a little bit to use the equipment like the squat racks or treadmills. The turf area is also limited so you may be jumping over neighbors to get to your equipment or be working out close to others. I would say the cost of the membership is worth it. The gym is really well looked after and very clean. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Everyone here keeps to themselves. Of note, you do have to pay an additional cost to use massage chairs and their other recovery machines. I have been very happy with my experience here.

  One of my favorite gyms in the Seattle area! The ambient lighting and the art of the gym feels like a nice getaway. The staff are incredibly nice and what I like best is I never have to worry about forgetting an energy drink or post gym snack.

  Henry's Gymnasium is the most unique gym I've been to in Seattle! They have quality machines, nightclub lighting, art, and a bar that makes this atmosphere unlike any other. In addition to great workout equipment, they have a recovery section that offers a variety of therapies, including hydromassage and infrared salt sauna. I highly recommend checking this gym out!

  Hands down the coolest gym I've ever been to. Music choice is immaculate. Lots of special machines you don't see at your average chain gym. The staff is always super sweet & really helpful!
